Pursuant to art. 5, item 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuersof securities and the terms governing recognition of informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information,the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska") informsthat Mariusz Gaca has accepted an offer to become the CEO of OrangeMoldova and will step down from the Management Board of Orange Polska asof 31 October 2020.

Mariusz Gaca today informed the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska thathe has decided to accept Orange Group's offer to become the CEO ofOrange Moldova as of 1 November 2020. He will remain the Vice-Presidentof the Management Board of Orange Polska until 31 October 2020.

Maciej Witucki, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska said:"Mariusz has spent the last 11 years on various top executive positionsin Orange Polska including being in charge of business and consumermarkets as well as being responsible for introducing major innovativeoffers like Orange Love and Orange Flex. I note with deep satisfactionthat his achievements and experience have been recognized and promotedby Orange Group. I believe this is also a very positive signal for theentire management team of Orange Polska. I would like to thank Mariuszfor his huge commitment and wish him successes in meeting newchallenges."
