Admission and introduction to trading on the regulated market of seriesE and series F ordinary bearer sharesThe Management Board of PCF GroupS.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informsthat on 17 July 2023 it obtained information that the Management Boardof the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w WarszawieS.A.; the "WSE") adopted a resolution No. 745/2023 dated 17 July 2023concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading on theWSE main market of 136,104 series E ordinary bearer shares with anominal value of PLN 0.02 each (the "Series E Shares") and 3,343,037series F ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.02 each(the "Series F Shares").

The WSE Management Board decided to introduce the Series E Shares andthe Series F Shares to trading on the main market as of 19 July 2023under the condition of registering the said shares by the NationalDepository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.)on 19 July 2023 under code PLPCFGR00010.

The resolution came into force upon its adoption.
