The Management Board of PCF Group S.A. (the "Company") hereby announcesthat on 1 September 2023 the Company received a notification fromSebastian Wojciechowski based on Article 69 of the Act on PublicOffering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instrumentsto Organized Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 regarding thechange of share in the share capital and in the total number of votes inthe Company.

The notification constitutes an appendix to this current report.
