Conclusion of a development and publishing agreement with Krafton Inc.TheManagement Board of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") hereby informs that on 10 September 2024 the Company andKrafton Inc., a company with its registered office in Seul, Republic ofKorea (the "Publisher"), concluded a development and publishingagreement (Master Service Agreement) along with the first statement ofwork thereto (together the "Publishing Agreement"), regardingcooperation of the parties in the production and release of a new modecode-named Project Echo to the existing video game of the Publisher (the"Product").

The Publishing Agreement provides that works on the Product are to beperformed in the work-for-hire model, i.e. by the Company as a developeras commissioned by and for the Publisher, in return for which thedeveloper will receive the agreed remuneration from the Publisher.

The Master Services Agreement is a framework agreement. Detailed termsof cooperation between the parties are to be specified in separatestatements of work which will include, among others, a detaileddescription of services to be performed, the schedule of productionworks and the amount of the developer's remuneration for the servicesperformed.

The scope and terms of the Publishing Agreement do not differsubstantially from the terms of development and publishing agreementstypically concluded for this type of project.

The conclusion of the Publishing Agreement is in line with the update ofthe Strategy of the Company and the People Can Fly capital groupannounced by the Company on 31 January 2023, according to which if thereare commercially attractive opportunities for cooperation with reputablepartners in the work-for-hire model, then the Company will take fulladvantage of them.
