Suspension of development works on projectGeminiThe Management Board of PCF Group S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that due to theexpiry of the term of the existing content rider to the development andpublishing agreement for project Gemini developed by the Company's group(the "Group") in Europe, in the work-for-hire model for Square EnixLimited (the "Publishing Agreement", the "Publisher"), and thesimultaneous failure to conclude the subsequent content rider to thePublishing Agreement, starting from 1 June 2025 the Group suspendsdevelopment works on the project.

The above event is a consequence of the Publisher's failure to presentthe Company with a draft of the subsequent content rider to thePublishing Agreement covering the terms and conditions of furthermilestones on project Gemini, covering the period after the expiry ofthe existing content rider to the Publishing Agreement and the lack ofcommunication from the Publisher as to its willingness to continue orterminate the Gemini project, which has led to significant uncertaintyregarding the Publisher's intentions to complete project Gemini. Takingthe above into account, at the time of publication of this currentreport, the Management Board assesses that further cooperation betweenthe Group and the Publisher on the production of project Gemini isdoubtful.
