The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the 'Company', 'MBF Group') announces that on 22 October 2025 itreceived a signed Letter of Intent between MBF Group S.A. and RobóticaPatagonia with its registered office in Ro Gallegos, Santa CruzProvince (Argentina).

The purpose of the signed document is to commence cooperation in thedevelopment and commercialisation of unmanned technologies (UAV/UAS) andto develop joint training and production projects in Poland. The partieshave declared their intention to establish a production and trainingcentre in Poland, comprising:

Robótica Patagonia operates in southern Argentina as an activeeducational and technological centre specialising in training inrobotics, 3D printing, artificial intelligence-based programming and FPVdrone piloting. The company conducts teaching and training activities inthe field of modern technologies and cooperates with public institutionsin the development of technical and industrial competences.

The cooperation with Robótica Patagonia is geostrategic and innovativein nature, combining European and South American expertise in unmannedtechnologies. The project is part of MBF Group S.A.'s strategy in thearea of UAV and C-UAS segment development and the implementation ofprogrammes such as IRYDA+ (drone countermeasure system), MALLARD(unmanned cargo transport) and ARES (artillery simulator) programmes, aswell as other projects on which the Issuer is working but has not yetpublicly announced.

The letter of intent is a formal preparatory stage for the developmentof a joint roadmap and assessment of the possibility of establishing adedicated production and training centre in Poland. The partiesanticipate that the cooperation will include the exchange of know-how,the integration of training staff and the development of joint projectsin the field of dual-use technologies and autonomous systems.

The conclusion of the letter of intent with Robótica Patagonia isconfidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MARRegulation, due to its potential impact on future research anddevelopment projects of MBF Group S.A., the possibility of obtaining newsources of financing, as well as an increase in the scale of theCompany's operations and revenues in the unmanned technology segment.
