The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the 'Issuer', 'Company') announces that on 5 November 2025, atechnological, advisory and scientific research cooperation andconfidentiality agreement was concluded with the National University'Lviv Polytechnic' based in Lviv, Ukraine ("Partner") ('Agreement'). Onbehalf of the Partner, the Agreement was signed by Prof. NataliaShakhouska, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic National University.

The subject of the Agreement is cooperation in the field oftechnological and expert consulting, exchange of analyses andexperiences in the areas of unmanned systems, electronics, automation,aerodynamics and materials science, as well as joint development ortesting of design solutions and prototypes.

The cooperation will also include scientific consultations and thePartner's participation in research and development processes related tothe Issuer's projects, including Iryda Plus (a drone interception andneutralisation system) and Mallard (an unmanned cargo transportplatform). The Company's intention is to develop variants andconfigurations of these systems tailored to the specific operationalneeds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account applicabletechnical standards and current battlefield realities.

As part of the cooperation agreement, it was agreed that the operationalparty acting on behalf of the Issuer will be a delegated member of theConsortium - Squadron Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in GdaƄsk,while on the Partner's side, Prof. Olesia Maksymowych, Head of theDepartment of Electronics, Nanoscience and Computer Engineering (ENIKT).The parties will commence cooperation immediately after technicalconsultations on the preparation of the scope of the first tests andfunctional models.

The signed agreement is a significant step towards the Issuer's presenceon the Ukrainian market, in particular in the area of infrastructure,logistics and industrial solutions using unmanned technologies. As oneof Ukraine's leading technical universities, the Partner plays anadvisory and opinion-giving role, which creates an opportunity for jointresearch, adaptation and design of solutions dedicated to the Ukrainianmarket, including solutions adapted to local operating conditions,infrastructure restructuring and technical resource reconstruction.

The Company's Management Board anticipates that Partner'srecommendations and technological assessments may form the basis forsubsequent commercial implementations and the expansion of cooperationwith business and institutional entities in Ukraine. As part of thecooperation, the Parties envisage the possibility of jointly preparingimplementation and commercial projects, including the development ofconcepts for the application of selected technologies in theinfrastructure and industrial environment in Ukraine. The implementationof these activities will be the subject of separate annexes and detailedagreements, to be agreed upon at subsequent stages of cooperation,depending on the progress of research and development work and theresults of prototype testing.

The Management Board indicates that the conclusion of the agreement withthe National University 'Lviv Polytechnic' is an important step instrengthening the credibility of the Company's projects in the field ofunmanned technologies and developing relations with leading engineeringcentres in Central and Eastern Europe. In the Issuer's opinion,cooperation with a scientific entity with an established position in theregion may contribute to increasing potential sales markets in futureimplementation stages.

The Issuer considers this information to be confidential within themeaning of Article 17(1) of MAR due to its impact on the scope of R_Dwork, potential expansion of markets, future implementations and thepossibility of generating revenue in subsequent periods. The Companywill report on key stages of cooperation in separate reports.
