The consolidated quarterly report of the Capital Group of PCF Group S.A.for the third quarter of 2025 will be published on 1 December 2025.

This constitutes the change of the publication date of the above report,which in the current report no. 1/2025 dated 21 January 2025 was set for26 November 2025.
