Change of the publication date of annual reports for 2025Withreference to the current report no. 1/2026 dated 28 January 2026, theManagement Board of PCF Group S.A. hereby announces the change of thepublication date of the consolidated and standalone annual reports forthe year 2025.

The consolidated and standalone annual reports of, respectively, theCapital Group of PCF Group S.A. and PCF Group S.A. for the year 2025will be published on 21 April 2026.

This constitutes the change of the publication date of the abovereports, which in the current report no. 1/2026 dated 28 January 2026was set for 23 April 2026.
