Conclusion of the Notice of Intention proceedings without filing aproposal to its creditors or seeking an extension of the applicablestatutory deadlines by the subsidiary Game On Creative, Inc.Withreference to Current Report No. 12/2026 of 29 May 2026, the ManagementBoard of PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the"Issuer") announces that, following the expiry of the statutory periodunder the Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Issuer'ssubsidiary - Game On Creative Inc. with its registered office inMontreal, Canada (the "Subsidiary"), as of 29 June 2026, elected toconclude the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") proceedingswithout filing a proposal to its creditors or seeking an extension ofthe applicable statutory deadlines.

As a consequence, pursuant to the provisions of the Canadian Bankruptcyand Insolvency Act, the Subsidiary is deemed to have made an assignmentin bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings have commenced by operation oflaw.

The bankruptcy proceedings will be administered by the licensedinsolvency trustee previously appointed in connection with theSubsidiary's NOI proceedings.

The trustee will administer the bankruptcy estate in accordance with theprovisions of the Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, includingrealizing upon the Subsidiary's assets, if any, and distributing theproceeds to creditors in accordance with the statutory priority scheme.
