1. Sebastian Wojciechowski - 16.530.147 votes at the AGM whichrepresents 35.87% of the total number of votes and 61.27% of votes atthe AGM;

2. Krafton Inc. - 3.594.028 votes at the AGM which represent 7.79% ofthe total number of votes and 13.32% of votes at the AGM.
