Operating and sales data for the period of January-February 2016.TheManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") herebydiscloses preliminary operating and sales data for January-February 2016(cumulative).

Net generation of electricity in PGE Group amounted to 8.8 TWh (vs. 9.6TWh in January-February 2015), including net generation from lignite of5.7 TWh (vs. 6.6 TWh in January-February 2015).

Average realized wholesale price (i.e. electricity exchange sales pricerealized by the Conventional Generation segment) amounted to PLN 166 perMWh (vs. PLN 174 per MWh in January-February 2015).

Volume of retail sales to final off-takers amounted to 7.1 TWh (vs. 6.5TWh in January-February 2015).

Volume of electricity distribution amounted to 5.7 TWh (vs. 5.6 TWh inJanuary-February 2015).
