Recalling of a joint commercial proxy

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. disclosesthat on April 1, 2016 the joint commercial representation granted to Ms.Magdalena Bartoś, Mrs. Agnieszka Szczukiewicz and Mr. Mariusz Skowronekwas revoked.
