Operating and sales data for the period of January-April 2016

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")hereby discloses preliminary operating and sales data for January-April2016 (cumulative).

Net generation of electricity in PGE Group amounted to 17.3 TWh (vs.18.7 TWh in January-April 2015), including net generation from ligniteof 11.1 TWh (vs. 12.9 TWh in January-April 2015).

Volume of retail sales to final off-takers amounted to 14.3 TWh (vs.13.0 TWh in January-April 2015).

Volume of electricity distribution amounted to 11.5 TWh (vs. 11.1 TWh inJanuary-April 2015).

Information on average realized wholesale price will be disclosed afterfull quarter.
