Appointment of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on September 5, 2016 the Company receivedstatement in which the Minister of Energy (representative of the StateTreasury) appointed Mr. Radosław Osiński as a member of SupervisoryBoard of the Company as of September 5, 2016. The statement wassubmitted pursuant to § 20 section 5 of the Company's Statutes, thatentitles the State Treasury to appoint and dismiss one member of theSupervisory Board by way of a written declaration submitted to theManagement Board of the Company.

Other information about the Supervisory Board member, required pursuantto § 28 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of February19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (DziennikUstaw of 2014, item 133), will be published by the Company in a separatecurrent report at a later date.
