Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2017

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company", "PGE") hereby discloses the dates of publication of theCompany's periodic reports in 2017.

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2017 - May 9, 2017.

- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2017 - November 7, 2017.

2. Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2017 - August 8,2017.

3. Annual reports:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2016 - March 7, 2017.

- Consolidated annual report for 2016 - March 7, 2017.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidatedstatement of payments to the public administration for 2016" will bepublished on March 7, 2017.

The Management Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to § 83section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2014, item 133) (the "Regulation"), the Company will notpublish separate stand - alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterlyreports of the PGE Capital Group will include condensed consolidatedquarterly financial statement and quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Companywill not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of2016 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2017pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, respectively. The Companyalso will not publish separate stand-alone half-year report pursuant to§ 83 section 3 of the Regulation.
