The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company", "PGE") discloses that on April 6, 2017 the Company received aresignation from Mr. Mateusz Gramza, a member of the Company'sSupervisory Board. Mr. Mateusz Gramza submitted his resignation withimmediate effect.
