Dismissal of shareholder's claim regarding annulment of the resolutionof the Extraordinary General Meeting of September 14, 2015

In reference to the current report no. 32/2015 dated October 23, 2015 onthe petition for annulment of the resolution of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of September 14, 2015, the Management Board of PGEPolska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company") discloses that on May 8,2017 the Regional Court in Warsaw dismissed in full the shareholder'sclaim regarding annulment of the resolution no. 1 of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company of September 14, 2015.
