Management Board's proposal regarding allocation of profit for 2016

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on May 11, 2017 it has decided to address theCompany's Annual General Meeting with a proposal to allocate the wholenet profit for year 2016 in amount of PLN 1,597,678,012.98 to thereserve capital.
