Dismissal of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on June 26, 2017 the Company receivedstatement in which the Minister of Energy (representative of the StateTreasury) dismissed Mr. Radosław Osiński from the Supervisory Board ofthe Company as of June 26, 2017. The statement was submitted pursuant to§ 20 section 5 of the Company's Statutes, that entitles the StateTreasury to appoint and dismiss one member of the Supervisory Board byway of a written declaration submitted to the Management Board of theCompany.

Legal ground: § 5 section 1 p. 21 of the Regulation of the PolishMinister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich such information may be recognized as being equivalent toinformation required by the regulations of law of a state which is not amember state.
