Estimated selected financial and operating data for the 9 months of 2017.TheManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") publishesinitial selected consolidated financial and operating data for the 9months of 2017.

According to the initial estimates net electricity production at PGEGroup generating units in the 9 months of 2017 amounted to 41.5 TWh(including 29.8 TWh from lignite), distribution volume reached 26.2 TWhand sales to final off-takers came out at 29.7 TWh.

Consolidated EBITDA for the 9 months of 2017 amounted to approximatelyPLN 6,108 million; including:EBITDA of Conventional Generation segmentPLN 3,401 million,EBITDA of Distribution segment PLN 1,807 million,EBITDAof Supply segment PLN 614 million,EBITDA of Renewables segment PLN239 million.

Consolidated EBITDA estimate presented above encompasses PLN 1,280million of LTC revenues (including PLN 1,211 million from the finalsettlement).

Consolidated net profit attributable to equity holders of the parentcompany amounted to approximately PLN 2,960 million (i.e. earnings pershare of PLN 1.58).CAPEX amounted to approximately PLN 4,193 million.Estimatednet debt as at September 30, 2017 was approximately PLN 4,276 million.

Average electricity wholesale price realized by Conventional Generationsegment in the 9 months of 2017 amounted to PLN 163.9 per MWh.
