Information about the test for impairment of assets being conducted bythe Company

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that Company has started to conduct tests forimpairment of assets in accordance with the IAS 36.

An impairment test is carried out in relation to conventional generationassets and renewables generation assets. Changes in the regulations onsupport of renewable energy sources that took place in the passing yearwere the main reasons for the test.

The results of the tests will be disclosed by the Company in a separatecurrent report.
