Resignation of the member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on December 29, 2017 the Company received aresignation from Mr. Jarosław Głowacki, a member of the Company'sSupervisory Board.
