Announcement of a break in the proceedings of the general meeting

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company ofJune 26, 2018 has adopted a resolution on announcement of a break in itsproceedings and has determined the date of its resumption on July 19,2018 at 11:00 a.m. CEST in the building of Giełda Papierów Wartościowychw Warszawie S.A., at 4 Książęca Street in Warsaw.
