Agreement with PGG for hard coal supplies

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")discloses that on November 20, 2018 PGE has signed the agreement forsupplies of hard coal (the "Agreement") with Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A.

Under the Agreement, the parties estimated the volume of hard coalsupplies for PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A., ZEWKOGENERACJA S.A. and PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. for years 2019-2022. Valueof hard coal supplies for years 2019-2022 is estimated at PLN 5.25billion.
