Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2019

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company", "PGE") hereby discloses the dates of publication of theCompany's periodic reports in 2019:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2018 and consolidated annual report for2018 - March 12, 2019,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 - May 14,2019,

- Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2019 - August 12,2019,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2019 - November12, 2019.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidatedstatement of payments to the public administration for 2018" will bepublished on March 12, 2019.

The Management Board of the Company announces that, pursuant to § 62section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2018, item 757) (the "Regulation"), the Company will notpublish separate stand - alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterlyreports of the PGE Capital Group will include quarterly financialinformation including information indicated in § 66 section 1-4, section5 first sentence and section 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Companywill not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of2018 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2019pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will notpublish separate stand-alone half-year report pursuant to § 62 section 3of the Regulation.
