Petition for repeal of the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meetingof July 19, 2018 - correction of the current report

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs thatin the current report no. 4/2019 number of one of the contestedresolutions was incorrect. Petition refers to resolutions no. 7, 9 and20, not resolutions no. 7, 8 and 20 as stated in the above mentionedreport. The correct content of the report is presented below:

"The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on January 29, 2019 the Company has received acopy of petition filed with the Regional Court in Warsaw by one of theshareholders. The shareholder files for repeal of resolutions no. 7, 9and 20 of the Ordinary General Meeting, adopted on July 19, 2018.

Legal ground: § 19 section 1 point 10 of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
