Draft resolutions for the Ordinary General Meeting

With regard to the current report no. 13/2019 dated April 25, 2019, theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. attaches to thisreport draft resolutions received from the shareholder in connectionwith p. 11 of the agenda "Adoption of resolutions concerning changes inthe Statutes of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.".

Legal ground: § 19 section 1 p. 4 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
