The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") hereby informs that the State Treasury was the soleshareholder who possessed at least 5% of votes on the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of the Company, which was held on May 15, 2019.

This shareholder was entitled to 1 072 984 098 votes from possessedshares, which accounted for 77.47% of votes on this General Meeting and57.39% of total votes.
