Resignation of the President of the Management Board from applying forelection in the next term

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")discloses that on February 17, 2020 it has received information that MrHenryk Baranowski decided not to apply for election in the next term ofoffice of the Management Board. Mr Henryk Baranowski currently holds theposition of the President of the Management Board.

Legal ground: § 5 p. 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
