Recommendation not to pay dividend for 2019

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")discloses that on May 28, 2020 it has decided on the recommendation notto pay dividend for 2019 to the PGE's shareholders. The decision, inaccordance with the dividend policy, was taken following the analysis ofthe overall indebtedness, expected capital expenditures and prospectiveacquisitions, as well as taking into account market uncertaintyresulting from recession caused by the epidemy of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
