Registration of the changes to the Statutes

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") has taken information that on September 7, 2020, the DistrictCourt of the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of theNational Court Register registered the changes to the Company'sStatutes, made on the ground of resolution no. 24 of the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company of June 26, 2020.

The Management Board of PGE attaches to this report content of amendedprovisions of the Statutes and a text of the Statutes including theregistered changes.

Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
