Adoption of the consolidated text of the Company's Statutes by theSupervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") in reference to current report no. 26/2020 dated September10, 2020 discloses that the Supervisory Board has determined theconsolidated text of the Company's Statutes which is attached to thiscurrent report.

The consolidated text incorporates the amendments made on the ground ofresolution no. 24 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June26, 2020, registered by the District Court of the City of Warsaw inWarsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register onSeptember 7, 2020.

Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
