Resignation of the Vice-President of the Management Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. announcesthat today Mr. Paweł Strączyński, Vice-President of the Management Boardfor Finance, has submitted his decision to resign from the position bythe end of March 31, 2021.

Legal ground: § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate.
