Recommendation not to pay dividend for 2020

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on April 27, 2021 it has decided on therecommendation not to pay dividend for 2020 to the PGE's shareholders.Decision was taken in accordance with the dividend policy, particularlyfollowing the analysis of the Company's indebtedness in the context ofthe implementation of the investment program, in line with theassumptions of the PGE Group's Strategy until 2030 announced on October19, 2020 (current report no. 29/2020 dated October 19, 2020).
