Correction of a typographical error in the current report no. 14/2021

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs thatdue to the typographical error, the current report no. 14/2021 issubject to correction.

The sentence contained in this report:

"Upon the fulfilment of certain assumptions, the relevant investors fromØrsted group will be required to provide EWB2 and EWB3 with additionalcash contributions which may amount in total up to PLN 1 024 bn."

should read:
