The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that the Extraordinary General Meeting of theCompany of March 7, 2022 has adopted a resolution on announcement of abreak in its proceedings and has determined the date of its resumptionon April 6, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. CEST in the building of Giełda PapierówWartościowych w Warszawie S.A., at 4 Książęca Street in Warsaw.
