The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") hereby informs about the shareholders possessing at least 5%of votes on the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which washeld on March 7, 2022 and was resumed after the break on April 6, 2022:

1. The State Treasury - 1 072 984 098 votes from possessed shares, whichon this General Meeting accounted for 72.92% of votes on March 7, 2022and 73.25% of votes on April 6, 2022 and accounted for 57.39% of totalvotes.

2. Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander - 77 218 656 votesfrom possessed shares, which on this General Meeting accounted for 5.25%of votes on March 7, 2022 and 5.27% of votes on April 6, 2022 andaccounted for 4.13% of total votes.
