Dismissal of the Vice-President of the Management Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on November 17, 2022 the Supervisory Board ofthe Company adopted resolution to dismiss Mr. Paweł Cioch,Vice-President of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs.
