Resignation of the member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that on February 9, 2023 the Company has received aresignation from Mr. Marcin Kowalczyk from the Company's SupervisoryBoard, effective February 9, 2023. The submitted resignation does notcontain information about its reasons.
