("PGE")discloses that on April 19, 2023 the Supervisory Board of PGE adoptedresolution on appointment of Mr. Przemysław Kołodziejak to theManagement Board of the eleventh term of office as from May 1, 2023 andentrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Operations.Information about professional experience and career of Mr. PrzemysławKołodziejak is attached to this current report.
