The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs about the shareholders possessing at least 5%of votes on the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company which was heldon April 28, 2023:

1. The State Treasury - 1 365 601 493 votes from possessed shares whichaccounted for 81.02% of votes on this General Meeting and 60.86% oftotal votes.

2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Open Pension Fund)- 107 480 000 votes from possessed shares which accounted for 6.38% ofvotes on this General Meeting and 4.79% of total votes.

Legal ground: Art. 70 point 3 of the Act on public offering, conditionsgoverning the introduction of financial instruments to organizedtrading, and public companies (Dziennik Ustaw 2009, no 185 item 1439 asamended).
