Change of commissioning date of CCGT units in PGE Gryfino 2050

With reference to the current report no. 3/2020 of January 30, 2020, theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on July 20, 2023 PGE Gryfino 2050 sp. z o.o.(PGE's subsidiary, "PGE Gryfino") signed an annex to the agreement forconstruction of two new power units at PGE Gryfino (until September 30,2021 the investment was pursued by PGE GiEK S.A. ZEDO Branch) realizedby the syndicate of General Electric Global Services GmbH (leader ofsyndicate), General Electric International Inc. and Polimex MostostalS.A. (jointly the "Contractor").

According to the provisions of the annex PGE Gryfino and the Contractoragreed that the commissioning date of CCGT units is postponed fromDecember 11, 2023 to a date not later than April 30, 2024.

Prolongation of the completion date of the contract is caused by theoccurrence of force majeure events, and the Contractor proved to PGEGryfino their influence on the compliance with the contractualliabilities and possibility of due performance of the contract. At thesame time, the Management Board of the Company points out that thechange of completion date of the contract does not cause a change of theContractor's remuneration.
