Repeal of the resolution of the Supervisory Board regarding the approvalof the PGE Group's strategy update

With reference to the current reports no. 29/2023 of August 29, 2023 andno. 30/2023 of September 4, 2023 the Management Board of PGE PolskaGrupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") discloses that on September 4, 2023 theSupervisory Board of PGE adopted a resolution on repeal of theresolution of the Supervisory Board of PGE of August 29, 2023 regardingthe approval of the PGE Group's strategy update.
