Dismissal of the Vice-President for Innovations

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;) discloses that on November 23, 2023 the Supervisory Board ofthe Company has adopted a resolution on dismissal of Mr. Paweł Śliwa,Vice-President for Innovations, effective November 23, 2023. TheSupervisory Board has not indicated the reason for the dismissal.
