Resignation of the member of the Supervisory Board

(the"Company") discloses that on November 24, 2023 the Company has receiveda resignation from Mr. Cezary Falkiewicz from the position of a memberof the Company's Supervisory Board, effective at the end of November 30,2023. The submitted resignation does not contain information about itsreasons.
