The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;) discloses that on February 28, 2024 the Supervisory Board ofthe Company has adopted a resolution on dismissal of Mr LechosławRojewski, Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance. TheSupervisory Board has not indicated the reason for the dismissal.
