Appointment of the Management Board members

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE")discloses that on March 6, 2024 the Supervisory Board of PGE adoptedresolutions on:

- appointment of Mr Dariusz Marzec to the Management Board of the 12thterm of office as from March 18, 2024 and entrusting him the position ofthe President of the Management Board;

- appointment of Mr Marcin Laskowski to the Management Board of the 12thterm of office as from March 18, 2024 and entrusting him the position ofthe Vice-President for Regulations.

Other information about the Management Board members, required pursuantto § 10 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2018, item 757), will be submitted by PGE in a separate report.
