Announcement of a break in the proceedings of the ordinary generalmeeting

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company") discloses that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company ofJune 28, 2024 has adopted a resolution on announcement of a break in itsproceedings and has determined the date of its resumption on July 25,2024 at 12:00 noon CEST in the building of Giełda Papierów Wartościowychw Warszawie S.A., at 4 Książęca Street in Warsaw.
