(the_quot;Company_quot;) attaches to this current report a content of resolutionsadopted and the content of draft resolutions that were put to vote butwere not adopted on July 25, 2024 by the Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany convened for June 28, 2024 which resumed its proceedings afterthe announced break.
